These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by High Tide Roofing & Restoration (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following terms.

Services Provided

High Tide Roofing & Restoration offers roofing, restoration, and related services. The scope of work will be outlined in a written estimate, proposal, or contract provided prior to project commencement.

Estimates & Proposals

• All estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection.

• Additional costs may apply if hidden damage, code requirements, or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project.

• Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Scheduling & Project Timeline

• Project start and completion dates are subject to weather conditions, material availability, and other factors beyond our control.

• We will make every reasonable effort to complete work in a timely manner.

Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be outlined in your proposal or invoice.

• Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of services.

• Deposits may be required to secure materials or schedule work.

• Late payments may be subject to fees or interest.

Warranties

• We provide workmanship warranties as stated in your contract.

• Manufacturer warranties apply to materials used and are subject to manufacturer terms.

• Warranty coverage does not extend to:

• Damage caused by neglect, misuse, alterations, or lack of maintenance

• Acts of nature (storms, wind, hail, floods, etc.)

• Pre-existing structural issues unrelated to our work

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide access to the property, including electricity, water, and clear work areas.

• Remove or protect personal items near the work area.

• Obtain any necessary HOA or property management approvals, if applicable.

Liability & Limitations

• While we take care to protect your property, we are not liable for minor cosmetic damage (e.g., scuffs to driveways, landscaping disturbance) that may occur during normal construction activities.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as weather, supply shortages, or permitting delays.

Insurance & Licensing

• We are a fully licensed and insured contractor in the state of North Carolina.

• Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement if the other fails to fulfill material obligations under the contract.

• Customer is responsible for payment of work completed and materials ordered up to the date of termination.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within Onslow County, NC.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Updates will be effective once posted or provided in writing.
